Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Kyze subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your Kyze account
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Click Billing
  4. Click Cancel Subscription
  5. Confirm your cancellation

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to your plan until then.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Kyze subscriptions are billed monthly. Because you have full access to the Service from the moment of purchase, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.

2.2 Free Trial

If you cancel during your free trial period, you will not be charged. No refund is necessary as no payment was collected.

2.3 Exceptions

We may issue refunds at our discretion in the following cases:

  • Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly or charged twice for the same period.
  • Service issues: If the platform was significantly unavailable or unusable for an extended period during your billing cycle.
  • First-time billing: If you contact us within 48 hours of your first paid charge and have not substantially used the Service.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with:

  • Your account email address
  • The reason for your refund request
  • The billing period in question

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.

4. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase without giving any reason. If you have explicitly consented to the service beginning within this 14-day period and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, you may still cancel but you will be charged a proportionate amount for the service already provided.

5. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will retain access to the higher-tier features until then. No refund or credit is issued for the difference.

6. Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account entirely, please cancel your subscription first, then contact us at [email protected]. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will be communicated via email.
